Deli- Our deli station offers a variety of fresh breads, rolls, and pitas to form the basis of a design your own sandwich. Choose from quality deli meats, toppings, and provincial spreads to enjoy on your delicious custom made sandwich.

Fusion- Guests interact with our culinary team for "exposition cooking," selecting fresh ingredients, sauces and oils, and watching as the dish is prepared to order. International themes are rotated weekly to offer and ongoing dining and cultural experience.

Salad- Choices include composed salads, based on grains, pasta and roasted vegetables, and Mediterranean Salads, which offer toppings such as feta cheese, pita triangles, Caesar dressing, hummus, black beans and garbanzo beans.

Bakery- Our bakery offers fresh baked scones, muffins, and oven-warmed rolls along with a variety of specialty desserts baked in house daily. Our cakes, pies and cookies will surely satisfy and sweet tooth.

Pasta- Enjoy an authentic taste of Italy brought to the Gold Rush dining hall at our Tuscan pasta station. Everyday you will be offered two types of pasta while you take in the aroma as you watch our chef prepare your dish right before your eyes.

Drinks- Name-brand fountain products, cold juices, milk and a variety of coffees and teas, take your pick! On featured days, you can make your own smoothies or enjoy milkshakes, apple cider, real lemonade and fresh squeezed Florida orange juice.
